What We Offer
At the MADhouse4Friends we offer a place where you can live, work, explore and become the best version of yourself.
We are always happy for the people to stay with us for a longer period of time. Here we live and communicate with each other. At Flowing Balance we offer Social and Active Meditations as well as Individual Sessions and Consulting. We conduct workshops for personal development all over India. We also provide a state of the art Neurofeedback system that can support your journey in many ways.

Our Yoga
Blissful people want other people in bliss. Miserable people want other people miserable. So, whenever you feel miserable find a blissful friend. As soon your misery is transformed into bliss, share your true nature with the world.
We believe that we need the others to see who we really are. It is not your social media profile but your fellow human beings who help you to be yourself.

My journey began in 1962 as Peter K. Stahlhofen in Holler, a small German village. In my 20s I met the punk-rock band Die Toten Hosen and began working with them.
In 2001, life guided me & my family to India where we established the first “Birthing Center for Natural Childbirth and Water birth” in Asia.
In 2010, life offered new opportunities to me.
I was blessed to have met Veeresh Yuson-Sánchez, the founder of the Humaniversity. He became my mentor, teacher & role model of how I wanted to live my life.
Today, I am running the MADhouse4Friends (Flowing Balance Consulting) in Goa. As a certified teacher for Active and Social Meditations I share my passion for love and life.
